What might be excluded from my PA insurance policy?

Losses incurred as a result of:

  • Illness
  • Active duty military service
  • Noncommercial aviation
  • Suicide, attempted suicide or intentional self-injury

What if the Insured Person does not die immediately following an accident but several months later?

Death, directly attributed to and resulting from bodily injury sustained in an accident, is covered for up to 365 days from the date of the Accident.

How do I buy a policy?

Complete the PA Application online (LINK). We will respond to you in two (2) days with a formal quotation. Full annual premium payment is required to activate your policy.

Will I be covered automatically once I submit my application?

Coverage will be confirmed to you via email once the application is approved and full payment has been received by us.

How do I pay the premium?

Pay via wire transfer or US bank check sent via courier

What insurer issues the policy?

Lloyd’s of London, the world’s leading insurer, underwrites the policy.

Can the premium be paid monthly?

No, premium is payable on an annual basis only.

What constitutes Proof of Income when purchasing a value above US $500,000?

An annual income statement, an accountant’s validation letter, or employer income confirmation.

If I cancel my policy mid-term, is the premium refunded?

No. There is no refund for early termination.

Is coverage automatically renewed?

Yes, up to age 65, if the new premium is paid within 10 days following the policy renewal date.

How do I designate a Beneficiary?

Beneficiaries are designated in the application and can be revised in writing at any time.

Can I name multiple beneficiaries?

Yes. The insured can designate multiple beneficiaries and/or name contingent beneficiaries — stipulating percent of total benefit per person.

How do I file a claim?

Notification of a Death or Accident should be made immediately. Verification of a death may

include: submission of a copy of the death certificate, death notice, police report, and funeral home verification, as appropriate. Validation of an accident can include hospital or medical records and police report as appropriate.

When will I receive the policy?

Documentation will be sent in electronic format within 15 days of issuance from London.
